Delivery Manager atBairesDev
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join theManagement team and participate in different projects made up ofmulticultural teams distributed throughout the world. We are lookingfor proactive, dynamic people and team players, with greatorganizational capacity, accustomed to handle multiple tasks and withmarked attention to details. It is an excellent opportunity for thoseprofessionals looking to develop in one of the fastest growingcompanies in the industry!
What You'll Do:
- Develop theforecast of the projects in charge.
- Follow and control projectmanagement using agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with the PMO inthe execution of procedures for PMs.
- Support the PMs in chargeand escalate those relevant issues to the VP.
- Ensure complianceby your team of established methodologies and processes.
- Presentcomplex problems to the AMs, who will be responsible for dealing withcustomers.
- Ensure effective, professional and clear communicationbetween PMs and Customers.
- Ensure customer and team satisfactionthroughout the entire project.
Here's what we are lookingfor:
- 4+ years of experience in project management of softwareoutsourcing (experience in Personnel, Time and Materials andBudgets).
- Customer oriented.
- Budget management.
- ITexperience.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies.
- Strongcommunication skills.
- Previous experience as a SoftwareEngineer.
- Degree in Software Engineering or ComputerScience.
- Advanced English level.
