Our continuous growth and evolution provide Overactivers a unique working environment where you can develop your professional career and personal goals.We are looking for a **Project Manager Ssr.** to rock it!You will work on special projects with a brilliant team helping our clients to succeed.**What will you do?**- Manage the financial aspects of multiple projects such forecast (PnL), Budget and Billing.- Collaborate with the Delivery Manager and Recruiters when hiring new talents.- Establish and maintain good long term relationships with the customers.- Monitor and track the teams mood during the project development- Coordinate and lead 1 on 1 with team members to motivate, remove impediments and help in their carreer development- Work with Account Payables to track and followup the Account Aging**What do we need from you?**- 3 years' previous experiencie in project management, administration or IT positions.Strong understanding of IT terminology, methodology and best practices/process.- Abillity to work in multitasking environment- Very good time & priotity management skills- Experience working with Excel sheets- Excellent comunication and negotiation skills**What do we offer?**- Attractive compensation package- Possibility to work remotely (in some locations)- Training & Development- Home Office- Flex shifts- Nice workspaces and brand new offices- And so much more Onsite benefitsLI-Remote
