Manager.This position has previously been managed by the founders.You will report directly to our founders and you will be an integral part of our team as we embark on the next phase of our growth.The Amazon Brand Manager will ensure the overall success of the company's products on Amazon.That all listings are active, are optimized, that our account health is superb, that cases are set up and monitored as required, that PPC is managed well, that new products are launched effectively, and that levels of profitability per product are maintained.The Brand Manager will oversee every area of product success on Amazon, identify solutions or improvements, and coordinate with multiple team members to ensure that goals are met.PPC expertise is essential.Key Responsibilities: Strategic DirectionCreate plans for product optimization that align with company financial forecasts (revenue and profit) and are repeatable and scalableCreate plans for product optimization that are proactive at achieving the revenue and profit targets per product through split testing, gap analysis, product performance audits, etc.Intimately understand the data and what the data is telling the company to adjust to produce product optimization plans with a high chance of success.Deliver and execute plans with clarity, documented processes, that will produce forecasted resultsEnsure documentation for systems and processes is regularly maintained and updatedAmazon Team ManagementOversee all Amazon account operations on a daily basis, checking in with each department for daily reportsOversee day-to-day SKU optimization, PPC optimization, and Amazon account health either yourself or through managing your teamEnsure repeatable processes are being utilized in each area mentioned above so that new team members can be onboarded as neededCreate and/or review daily and weekly reports and KPIs with other team membersCheck account performance against projections then prepare and execute corrective or proactive actionsMake optimization adjustments to listings in front end and back end as neededCoordinating with the CEO and Operations Manager on budget, new product concepts, and the future product pipeline of the brandStay up to date with all the most cutting-edge technologies and methodsHold regular weekly meetings with team members to discuss previous weeks and future plansDevelop a growth strategy in collaboration with the CEO and Operations Manager and reverse engineer the tasks that will need executing to achieve this growthProduct Launch and MaintenanceEnsure the latest and most effective PPC strategies are being used to launch new products and maintain profitability on existing productsEnsure that every product is meeting pre-determined KPI's that drive revenue, profit, and overall brand exposure to our customer avatarDetermine when products should be discontinuedDevelop and maintain scorecards that provide clear and understandable dataPlatform ManagementDevelop and maintain a system for ensuring that Amazon is billing us correctlyCreate cases with Amazon to solve any problems that the team is experiencing that require assistance from Seller Support on AmazonDevelop and maintain a system for monitoring the health of our account on AmazonDevelop and maintain a system for monitoring the health of our product listings on AmazonRESULTSConsistent growth in revenue and profitabilityHitting KPIs and projections consistentlyAssist in creating a positive, fun and results-driven environmentListings are active at all times and superbly optimisedClear communication with senior management and other departments so that plans are understood and all parties are working effectively towards achieving agreed goalsAmazon account health is never in jeopardyEnsuring our brand values are reflected in our Amazon listings at all times Ideal ProfileAt least 3 years Amazon Seller Central experience2 years PPC management experienceAbility work with little to no supervisionCan efficiently collaborate with the team and delegate tasks appropriatelyExtensive knowledge in keyword research and analysisFamiliarity with Asana or other project management toolsExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsHighly organized with very high attention to detailWilling to take on new challenges and carry out
