They are looking for a Sr. Marketing Specialist whose expertise lies not just in understanding the market but in driving tangible results. This role is pivotal to the company's growth, focusing squarely on lead generation to propel the business forward. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to leverage Google Ads , demand generation, SEO , and other digital marketing tools to consistently generate 500+ leads per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement robust lead generation strategies that align with company goals.
Execute effective marketing campaigns across various channels, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads, SEO, and demand generation.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize lead generation.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure alignment and optimize the lead conversion process.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
More than 5 years of experience as a Marketing Analyst. A hustler and a top performer, with a voracious appetite for generating leads and driving business growth.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation targets, with the ability to demonstrate past successes in generating 500+ leads per week.
Creative thinker with a hands-on approach to marketing strategies and campaigns.
No specific degree or experience requirements, the important thing is showing substantial lead gen results.
Strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
