About the position We are currently looking for an E-business specialist for Professional Hygiene category, to contribute to the digital acceleration process of our brand and market in South Cone, defining and supervising digital marketing campaigns, executing e-commerce strategies for local marketplaces, and managing our brand´s online webshop. This position must lead all digital actions in the local market, supporting the sales team to capitalize on local business growth opportunities in terms of online communication and sales.
This position is based in Santiago, Chile and will implement all digital marketing actions in the local market, supporting the LATAM and sales team. The E-business specialist will report directly to the E-Business Manager for LATAM and support marketing campaigns, online media and the strategic planning for the digital transformation of our brand.
What Will you do: You will be accountable for the performance of digital projects in South Cone according to aligned annual plan LATAM. You will give input on digital specific needs for global innovation/comms toolbox. You will provide actively digital insights to different stakeholders and peers about brand building and e-ccommerce performance. You will work closely with Brand Comms / Customer Marketing team to complete & continuously improve afull digital funnel approach, leveraging other teams for necessary input (content & messaging, planning, optimization, automation, lead rating, reporting). You will lead local digital activation campaigns (e.g., brand awareness campaigns), supports Digital activation of customer education tools/events (eg. Leadcampaign, webinars). You will have the ownership of website & other local digital platforms to create optimal customer / consumer experiences. You will plan and drive implementation of the digital marketing plans, leading local agencies for implementation and defining clear KPI´s per campaign You will improve the performance of our webshop considering the defined KPI´s and constantly challenge media agency to obtain better results You will plan marketing automation strategies to engage actual database, boost cross-selling and product trial. Your will ensure our brand position in search engines through SEO and SEM strategies, implementation and optimization. You will provide knowledge and guidance in digital marketing and e-commerce to third parties, actively share best practices and contribute to networks You will have to make decisions based on DATA!!! Who you are: Bachelor Degree Previous experience in digital marketing and e-commerce (+2 years) Skills in digital marketing, e-commerce (D2C & marketplaces) and marketing automation.
