Our client is an agency that specializes in leveraging influencer marketing strategies to captivate the Gen-Z audience.The core competency lies in crafting impactful campaigns through bite-sized content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat.They pride themselves on creating influential campaigns that forge deep connections with the target demographic.Responsibilities: Manage Inbound Inquiries: Handle email inbox management for creator brand inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.Lead Generation: Conduct outbound brand deal lead generation to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities.Deal Coordination: Work closely with creators to execute deals seamlessly from start to finish, ensuring all parties are aligned and satisfied.Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the deal process.Collaboration Outreach: Identify and reach out to creators for potential collaborations with brands, expanding our network and partnership opportunities.Contract Oversight: Oversee contract creation, negotiation, and signing, ensuring all agreements are thorough and favorable.Metrics and Reporting: Utilize tools to display metrics and provide key stakeholders with relevant data insights.Executive Reporting: Report daily progress to the executive team, ensuring they are kept informed of all activities and developments.Professionalism and Organization: Maintain a high level of professionalism and organization in all tasks and interactions.Requirements: iPhone 5+ years of experience in influencer management Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized Nice to Haves: Managerial experience Experience in creator management Familiarity with TikTok Shop (TT Shop) We are looking for a candidate who is ready to hit the ground running with senior-level experience in brand influencer management or marketing agencies.If you meet these qualifications and are excited about the opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!
