Site Manager

"Italian multinational engineering company, a pioneer in automation, electrical, and industrial solutions, seeks a highly motivated Site Manager. Responsabilities:Coordinate and oversee all on-site activities for assigned projects, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget and scope.Manage and direct the execution of electrical work on-site, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.Responsible for planning and supervising all site activities.Coordination of people and business processes required to deliver the project on time according to the defined milestones.Ensuring quality in the implementation of the project and that the project is within the allocated budget, aligned with the established objectives, in order to guarantee the expected result.Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and company policies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (e.g., Construction Management). with experience in project management (desirable certified).Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site management, preferably in the electrical or industrial sector. Knowledge of medium and low voltage electrical installations.Advanced level of English.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Basic knowledge of interpretation of mechanical, electrical, electronic, process and instrumentation drawings.Knowledge of project management software (Office, Project, Autocad, BIM). PMC Project Management Certification. Working ConditionsThe project will be carried out in AntofagastaWork site at 3000 meters above sea level. Must have the Availability to reside on site, in camp, until the contractual delivery of the plant14X14 shift; 10-12 hours per day."
