Technical TrainerWe are looking for a Technical Trainer for Global Solutions- Digital Client Platforms to create and deliver various types of training, focused on Digital Client Services.JOB PURPOSETechnical Trainer's responsibilities include gathering the input, writing content, design and management of training materials as well as training delivery (virtually and/or on-site).You will manage technical training material development and training deployment projects in close collaboration with Global Solutions- Digital Client Platforms functions to support an effective and engaging staff learning experience synchronized with the releases and updates; as well as creating content for our client communities of users.You will perform various coordinating tasks, like technical training needs analysis, scheduling and reports analysis along with administrative duties, like maintaining technical training documentation and handling technical training queries and requests.To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. You need to be a true team player to help your team colleagues to achieve the teams' goals.Ultimately, every technical trainer's responsibility is to ensure that all trainings are designed accurately in accordance with established standards, and delivered effectively on time. You will ensure that training participants get high quality learning experience and material they can apply in their work. Key FUNCTIONS AND Responsibilities Deliver instructor lead client technical trainings via online webinars for your corresponding region/clientsCoordinate workload with other technical trainers for other regions to assure knowledge transfer and back upsLook for opportunities to generate additional revenue (e.g. by selling and providing additional trainings to clients)Research and development of content based on Global Solutions - Digital Client Platforms and client requirementsEnhance user experience of Global Solutions - Digital Client Platforms by the creation of engaging, effective and interactive training materials and training sessions (videos, e-learning, online instructions, Q&A sessions, ad hoc sessions, coaching sessions, knowledge contests, live client forums etc.)Work closely with, advise and support subject matter experts (such as the Content Developers and other business SME's) to ensure the training materials best fit the needs of all your clientsFollow established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained and applied in trainingHas a good knowledge of your area of functional responsibilityResponsibility for the content collection and management of Global Solutions - Digital Client Platforms learning webinar trainings, including but not limited to: Collection of input for new technical training materialConfigure technical curriculumsCoordinate translations to English, Spanish and other language as neededCreate scripts for voiceovers where requiredUpdate content of existing coursesCreate and assign courses to defined audiencesCreate short videos with instructions to follow (bite-size) and e-learnings organized with Table of ContentsDesign, deliver and analyze training needs via different reports, surveys and other available sourcesPromote training courses and constantly update them using various applications to assure the content is easy to understand, attractive and functional (includes recordings and online courses creation, News Letters, Viva Engage posts, Podcasts, gifs, advertisements, etc.)Interact and work with the Digital Learning team members and/or functional peer groups. Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of information, plans and workload, QA of each others´ creations, dry runs, etc. Maintain available training environments and sandbox environments, participate in coordinating and planning of the updates within the teamCreate relevant exercises and/or tests for your trainees to compliment the training sessionsAnswer and follow up on questions relating to the technical training material, sessions created and deliveredBalance competing demands of different projectsFollow quality control measures to ensure minimum disruption due to error in the roll-out of all technical training programsSupport other departments in assigned projects, when & where requestedCollaborate in determining methods and procedures on new assignments, and coordinate your activities of other personnel (content developers)Having wide-ranging knowledge and experience, use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve issues in creative and effective ways competencies and Skills Analytical skills and/or understanding of payroll online applications (hands-on experience highly valued)Communication and interpersonal skills to: Collaborate with a range of people ensuring progress on learning projects and deadlines are metBuild collaborative relationships across multiple business functions at all levelsWork effectively in virtual environmentExcellent presentation skills, both in person and virtually English Proficient level (our working language) both for written and spoken English to assure: High level of content (written and other) customized to different audiencesCommunication at the appropriate level and style Proficient level in another languages (Spanish and/or Portuguese) both in written and spoken to be able to translate and deliver training in this language: High level of content (written and other) customized to different audiencesCommunication at the appropriate level and style Problem solving skills to: Address design issuesAddress technical issuesAddress process issuesAddress planning, capacity and other challenges Technology skills to find your way around virtual platforms and tools, available recording and content creation tools, communication tools and applications to make training experience engaging and effectiveFlexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions demonstrated resourcefulness in setting prioritiesSelf-starter, able to work with little supervision, ability to work within virtual environment with little personal inerractionsAble to focus on the big picture and on detailsAbility to take initiative and follow through- with passion for high quality work, drive to get things done etc. Experience and Qualifications Relevant experience or degree in Product Development, Human Resources, Education, Technical Training & Development, or related areas of study and 2+ years of experience; ORBachelor's degree in an unrelated field and 4+ years of experience as applications trainer role with experience designing, developing and delivering technical trainingVocational teacher who likes sharing their knowledge and enjoys helping others to understand complex and abstract ideas translating them to exercises and understandable, meaningful technical training and instructionsInquisitive mind with ability to learn new applications based on available sources (including but not limited to written system manuals, analysis of data from the systems and live operations observation)Creative person who likes leveraging technology to improve training programmes and make them more appealing and interestingWorks on complex issues where analysis of situations or date requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factorsExercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining resultsInteracts with all levels of management and with key contacts in and outside own area of expertiseA natural coach who can adapt their styles to different personalities and cultures, allowing students to reach training goalsA person who is continuously interested in searching for, administering and analysing ongoing technical training needsKnowledge of current and emerging technologies available for technical training (live and online)Project management knowledge to ensure the design and development meet requirements of time, resources and administrationWell accustomed to the principles of effective learningHighly proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to develop reports and analyse data Ideally would also Have worked in BPO companies in project driven environmentHave effectively worked in multinational environment and within virtual teamsExperience in designing and providing training/coaching, preferably on applications and adapting it for different learning outcomes and audiencesExperience with design models and technical requirements for creating effective training contentHands on knowledge on TMF applications such as: Horizon and/or Kraios and/or Enate and/or Viewpoint.
