As a WSA Lead Logistics Product Manager, you´ll be responsible for a small cluster (Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador & Chile) including leadership, profitability, operational efficiency, strategy execution and corporate governance.
Key responsibilities :
Implement and cascade Product strategy, defining Area go to market and ways of working
Manage product performance & ensure targets are met
Growth of the Product portfolio, Identifying market trends, opportunities and customer needs
Support sales management to establish value proposition and sales channel target setting
Manage capabilities and product offering in accordance to market needs
Drive efficiency improvement in delivery of solutions to customers
All Pricing activities incl. but not limited to Price setting
Be product expert throughout the sales process from Prospection to Renewal
New products introduction and implementation (Go Live), pursue new revenue streams
Drive performance transparency and continuous improvement culture
Strengthen the engagement with global network and drive value through the network
Coach, motivate, build, inspire and energize the teams
Build bridges between Product development, Delivery, CX and Sales
Drive a strong community and collaboration across products
Drive product education and awareness
P&L targets and actuals, Cost to serve, margins management
Value Propositions that fit customers needs and market insights
Resources utilization and investment, efficiency metrics
Drive Customer Pipeline development and long-term account planning
Execution of Product strategy within area, analysis of market outlook
Service level promises to customer, Changes to services offered in Area
We are looking for: A strong passion for being a team player.
Understanding of supply chain fundamentals associated with global logistics
A strong knowledge and experience in Regional Supply Chain Management
Operational credibility through commercialized lens – focus on the sustainability of solution and further drives the culture of continuous improvement
Strong analytical skills leading to calculated action to drive impactful results
Having sound knowledge of local HSSE legislations applicable to logistics industry
Good understanding of risk management principles and application of barriers and critical controls
Ability to drive initiatives through cross functional teams
Fluency in English and preference for local language spoken and written
Ability to drive alignment with the key stakeholders.
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
