About The RoleParticipates in advanced analytics projects like Pricing & MMM, and fundamental Business Intelligence analytics (reporting and simplification).
Supports the analysis and implements new processes to improve our company's performance and profitability based on Syndicated data and connecting the dots with people centricity knowledge.
Collaborates in the implementation of the right visualization of reports, analysis and dashboards to drive business decisions.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Support the Implementation of Analytics Plan, participating in ETL process, building the data Lake and automation/visualization using global IT tools like BigQuery and DOMO.
Create new visualization and analytics according to Colgate needs to support the decision-making process and strategic scenarios for growth.
Participate in the Implementation of Category pricing decks and key performance indicator (KPIs) Deck to support price strategy for Colgate Brands and other pricing analysis, which include new functionalities like calculation of return over the investment, analysis of effectiveness for temporary price reduction, promo – packs and any other prize activity implemented.
Participate in the advanced analytics marketing mix modeling for core categories, supporting with all data extractions and validations, to identify opportunities for optimizing marketing investment.
Support main business review presentation helping to understand consumption behaviors and correlations vs. category performance.
Responsible for Quality requirements, new segmentations and enhancements.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements:Bachelor Degree in Business administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Economics, International Business or Statistics.
At least +2 years of previous experience in insights/marketing/business intelligence positions.
SQL intermediate/advanced.
Preferred Qualifications:Evident Data Science experience is a Plus.
Python is a Plus.
