As the Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of key customer accounts across the South American region for Qantas Freight.
You will spend much of your time in the field calling on clients with the aim of growing Qantas' market share and premium yield.
As a key representative of our brand, you will develop and execute tailored relationship strategies for each account, enhancing customer satisfaction, elevating brand perception and achieving business outcomes.
Alongside this, you will work closely with our general sales agents in Argentina and Brazil to ensure we can elevate brand perception and achieve business outcomes.
You will be required to analyse the competitiveness of our regional proposition to ensure that we are offering rates with a reasonable justifiable premium and that our network meets local stakeholder requirements.
You will possess a high level of resilience.

You'll have –
5 + years' experience in a Sales or Business Development role within freightProven strong commercial and business acumen, strategic and analytical thinkingExceptional presentation skills with the ability to tailor sales messages and influence a diverse set of key stakeholdersProven experience identifying opportunities that have grown revenue, share and advocacy for your businessCollaborative approach and able to work in partnership with internal stakeholders for the management and solution of queries to ensure strong, working relationshipsKnowledge and awareness of the airfreight industry, in particular Qantas is highly desirableIT proficient, including a good working knowledge of reporting, CRM systems and multi-media channels including social mediaAbility to travel both domestically and internationallyIf you're ready to step into a culture that will challenge and excite you, submit an application and let's explore how we go places together.
