Azumoare looking for a proactive and detail-orientedPMO Analystto join our collaborative PMO team.
In this role, you'll work closely with Project Managers, Tech Leads, and stakeholders across the organization to help standardize project practices, monitor project progress, and drive continuous improvement — all while acting as a supportive partner rather than an enforcer.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands both the structure of project governance and the flexibility required in agile software environments.Responsibilities:
Support Project Governance:Assist in defining and maintaining project management standards, templates, and best practices
Ensure consistent reporting and project tracking across the portfolio.Project Monitoring & Reporting:Track project performance, metrics, risks, and issues
Prepare and distribute portfolio reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.Collaboration & Communication:Facilitate knowledge-sharing between teams and ensure alignment on project priorities and expectations
Promote transparency and open communication across departments.Tools & Processes:Help configure and maintain Jira dashboards, workflows, and Zapier automations to support team needs.

Support the use of Notion and other collaboration tools for documentation and knowledge sharing.

Train teams on the effective use of tools and templates.Continuous Improvement:Identify areas for process improvement and help implement practical, team-friendly solutions
Participate in retrospectives and feedback loops to improve delivery processes
Foster transparency and consistent communication between Customer Success, Tech, and delivery teams.
Help standardize lightweight project practices, promoting alignment without stifling agility.Requirements:The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project analysis, or a PMO role
Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and how software teams operate.
Strong skills in project management tools (Jira, Notion, Excel, Power BI, etc.)
Fluent in English (must have)
Based in Latin America
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with a proactive attitude.
Friendly, collaborative attitude and curiosity for improving how teams work.
Nice to Have:Experience in a SaaS or software development company
Background in data analytics or automation tools
Certification in Agile, Scrum, or PMP
Ability to translate between business and technical perspectives.
