Develop and expand existing impactful relationships with customer and partner architects, C-level Technical Decision Makers (TDMs), and business stakeholders.
Provide direction to TDMs and build the bridge between TDMs and Business Decision Makers (BDMs).

Qualifications (Text Only) Required/minimum qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 7+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, architecture, or practice development OR equivalent experience.
4+ years in a customer-facing role focused on large cloud transformation projects.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Additional or preferred qualifications: Extensive experience (12+ years) in relevant fields or 8+ years with a Master's Degree.
6+ years experience in areas like Agile, SRE, Cloud engineering, FinOps, organizational change, AI/Copilot, Security Operations.
Certifications in Cloud technologies, Azure certifications, Azure AI Engineer, PROSCI Change Practitioner.
