What are we looking for?
We are looking for a CONTROL ANALYST based in Santiago who is responsible for generating indicators, reports, and statements for the Accounts Payable team in assigned countries/entities of Atlas's SSC.
Oversees KPI action plans, progress tracking, and compliance to meet departmental objectives.
Manages and maintains SSC request channels (Form, Travel Perk, Voll, CX), reviews budgets, and communicates balances for SSC-related projects.
What challenges will you face?
Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for the team.
Monitoring KPI compliance and progress.
Developing action plans and improvements to achieve team objectives.
Preparing monthly performance reports for SSC to present to stakeholders (CFO, Country Manager, others).
Leading SSC improvement projects related to managed processes.
Maintaining SSC request platforms (Form, emails, Travel Perk, Voll, CX, Ticketing, others) as the basis for indicator generation.
Preparing additional reports or presentations for the department.
Managing SSC communication with different areas (creating calendars, project announcements, etc.).
What specific knowledge do you need?
Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, logistics, audit, or related fields.
At least 5 years of related experience with knowledge of Solar English intermediate mandatory Excel intermediate/advanced mandatory Power BI (Intermediate) or other BI platforms Proficient in BI tools (e.g., PBI) and project management platforms (Asana, Jira, Trello).
Skilled in ERP systems like Oracle and SAP at the P2P module level.
Experience implementing KPIs, report generation, and database management for P2P areas.
Expertise in improving key metrics (e.g., DPO, rejected invoices) and defining processes, policies, and procedures.
Background in multinational companies (essential) and energy sector experience (desirable).
