This position entails overseeing sales and execution.

Key Responsibilities: · Lead the Crushing & Crushing Liners Businessin alignment with Weir's mission and vision for the LATAM region (Brazil, Chile, Peru, Mexico, Caracol, Argentina).
· Develop and implement strategiesto capitalize on Crushing & Crushing Liners opportunities.
· Expand and enhance the Aftermarketof Comminution, focusing primarily on Crushing & Crushing Liners products, utilizing technology for both OEM and non-OEM machines.
· Cultivate strong relationshipswith key customers to ensure their expectations are met and promptly address any issues.
· Drive the Weir Customer Experience Program (WCEP)to improve customer relationships throughout the region.
· Ensure the successof all initiatives from Group, Division, and Leadership teams (e.g., Safety, VCE).
· Contribute to the annual 5-year strategic reviewfor Weir Minerals Business Goals, and from this, develop and implement sound tactical plans for each operation.
· Promote a lean enterpriseto deliver business improvements that provide value to customers through the elimination of waste.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: · Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.
· Postgraduate qualifications in business (e.g., MBA) are desirable.
· 10+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the Minerals Processing Equipment industry.
· Previous technical sales experience with a diverse range of products, demonstrating the ability to identify opportunities, formulate strategies, and achieve results.
· Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to deliver effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on complex topics to top management and stakeholders.
· Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce.
· Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
