Key Responsibilities and Activities The position requires a sales-oriented manager with personal leadership and employee development skills, consistently improving team performance and supporting the sales community.
Responsibilities: Ensure that we always have a high customer focus in the organization and act as advisors to our customers.
Maintain a high engagement level in the sales team, developing and coaching team members to perform at their best.
Foster a collaborative spirit and work with the Digital Energy management team regarding strategy, people engagement, customer satisfaction, efficiency, and other topics.
Be responsible for driving continuous sales growth.
Develop and implement our sales strategies.
Follow up on sales targets and maintain sales cadence calls.
Collaborate with our Digital Energy Sales managers in other SAM countries.
Drive cross-business sales and discussions with other Sales Managers.
Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a commercial field.
· Minimum 5 years' experience in people management in a sales organization.
· Solid experience working with segments like Power & Grid, Mining, and other electric-intensive industries is appreciated.
· People and customer-oriented.
· Commercial attitude and skills.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
