We are seeking aGeneral Managerto lead the team for aDine-In Theatre in San Clemente, CA! In addition to managing daily theatre operations, the General Manager will also lead the efforts of a high-volume, high-quality, and from scratch kitchen which will serve food to the auditoriums and in a trendy, full-service restaurant setting. This concept will provide an in-theatre dining experience to movie-goers while bringing an elevated menu of eclectic dishes.
