HR Head Chile

We are looking for a skilled HR Head for Chile (Santiago office) to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The HR Head will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures.

• Nurture a positive working environment ensuring integration, collaboration and teamwork

• Promote engagement activities and social reponsability actions.

• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

• Implement a benefits program according to corporate directions

• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

• Reporting to HR Director and provide decision support through HR metrics

• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

• Work in alignment with other support areas

Requirement:

• Professional degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Communication or similar.

• +4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.

• Previous experience in multinational companies.

• Fluent English
