What were looking for

Vacasa is looking for an eager and inquisitive individual to be a part of IT team focusing on Level 1 2 incident troubleshooting, onboarding offboarding and other International IT Support. We have built our success as a company through inhouse development of our property management software, fine tuned to our specific needs. Our customers are made up of our guests, homeowners, and employees so Customer Service skills are a must.

What youll do

Troubleshoot and solve for simple application issues reported by our employees
Use ITIL Ticketing System to track and document Incidents
Utilize Knowledge Base for Solutions, Workarounds, and Training
Leverage multiple thirdparty applications we have integrated with to determine root cause of problems
Escalate and assign tickets as necessary
Manage issues with our Transactional Email Service
Determine priority, impact, and severity and reevaluate as necessary
Test functionality across both browser based and mobile applications
Administer permissions to employees through a Role Based Access Control system
Provision Accounts to various SaaS services
Provision hardware for new hires, including Mac computers, iPhones and Chromebooks
Troubleshoot Hardware and Software issues for office employees and field employees.
Networking WiFi experience a PLUS
Manage relationships with local IT Services and Hardware vendors
Maintain inventory of all local IT equipment
Put the Customer Experience FIRST
Skills youll need
1 years of related IT support or Software Support experience
Customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus
Bilingual with English as a second language
Problem solving skills
MacOS and iOS experience preferred
Excels in a collaborative, team environment
Experience or interest in troubleshooting software related issues
Empathetic to the needs of our employees
Willingness to be wrong, learn from mistakes, and explore issues outside of the box
Salary Range

800.0001.000.000 CLP.
