Responsibilities (Text Only) Build Strategy - Develops competitive knowledge, documents patterns, and shares insights within the community to influence selling strategies.
Acts as a subject matter expert on specific competitors and communicates findings to product and engineering teams. Collaborates with local account and marketing teams to craft strategic win and customer success plans tailored to local markets, utilizing knowledge of Microsoft offerings and market trends.
Builds consumption plans with moderate complexity in coordination with Partner and Industry Solutions Delivery teams post customer approval. Proactively formulates strategic responses at the cross-workload, subsidiary, and account levels to market threats by analyzing trends and providing feedback to business groups. Education - Creates readiness plans for peers, identifies gaps, and explores new learning opportunities.
Shares insights on corporate and product strategies, and acts as a technical thought leader through best practice sharing and presentations at Microsoft events. Engages with internal tech communities via posts, calls, sessions, and hackathons, serving as a mentor and community leader. Leverage Partner Ecosystem - Expands wins through partner collaboration, fostering deep relationships and supporting partner technical capacity by analyzing resources and identifying new partnership opportunities. Scale Customer Engagements - Uses resources like MTC, demo sites, and VBD to engage product teams and resolve escalated technical issues, ensuring complex technical wins through strategic engagement rules and coaching. Identifies and engages key customer technical decision-makers, leveraging deep industry and technical knowledge to build credibility and support sales strategies. Solution Design and Proof - Demonstrates solutions via architecture sessions, POCs, pilots, and hackathons, adapting architecture patterns to customer needs and creating reusable assets.
Applies advanced sales methodologies to guide digital transformations.
