Position: Legal Counsel Location: Santiago, Chile.
Role Purpose Provide strategic legal counsel, ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies and guidelines, and ethical standards.
Identification and management of legal risks, within a solid ethical framework.
What You Will Do Review and negotiate contracts, draft commercial agreements, and define other contractual terms in collaboration with key business stakeholders and team members, while managing the overall contract process.
Oversee legal matters, which includes monitoring litigations and activity reports, while actively participating in local strategic business discussions.
Promote effective corporate governance, focusing on the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and divestiture transactions.
Aid in the identification of future business and legal opportunities and challenges and formulate suitable strategies to tackle them.
Collaborate in the optimization of legal tasks through the application of AI.
Qualifications Here's What We Are Looking For 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar roles University degree in Law with all necessary licenses to practice Skilled in commercial law and legal market, with experience in contract management and digital law.
Advanced English (Written and oral) - mandatory.
