You will scale our Ulinc infrastructure, optimize message sequences, and build systems to warm up and protect accounts from bans.Scale our Ulinc infrastructure from 5 to 100+ LinkedIn accountsOptimize message sequences to achieve a conversion rate of 5%+Build systems to warm up, rotate, and protect accounts from bansA/B test everything: headlines, CTAs, timing, targetingCreate dashboards tracking cost per webinar signup and downstream revenueDevelop playbooks for different segments (students vs professionals vs career switchers)RequirementsThe adecuado candidate will have:Proven track record of managing 20+ LinkedIn accounts simultaneouslyExperience with Ulinc, Expandi, Dux-Soup, or similar toolsSuccessfully generated 500+ qualified leads/month via LinkedInKnow how to buy aged LinkedIn accounts and warm them properlyUnderstanding of LinkedIn's detection algorithms and how to avoid themData obsession - you live in spreadsheets and conversion funnelsWhat We OfferRemote work opportunity with a salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, plus performance bonuses.How to ApplyPlease provide screenshots of your best LinkedIn campaign metrics, a case study of scaling from X to 10X messages, and your account warming methodology.
