Overview and main functionsWe are looking for a Preventive Maintenance Manager to join our team.Based in Santiago de Chile, reporting to the Head of Engineering and Maintenance, you will be responsible for systematically developing and implementing best practices and methods of maintenance, preventive and predictive in production lines, auxiliary equipment and plant infrastructure, efficiently managing resources, ensuring compliance with EHS regulations and quality standards, to ensure maximum availability and correct operation of production machines seeking operational excellence.Main Responsibilities01.
Define and implement the company's preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.02.
Lead continuous improvement projects in your area.03.
Plan and manage the execution of preventive and predictive maintenance.
(Annual, monthly and weekly plan).04.
Manage Total Productive Maintenance.05.
Manage the expenses of the area and ensure compliance with internal control procedures.06.
Lead preventive maintenance and improvement team.07.
Coordinate activities with external suppliers and consultants.08.
Participate in the selection, training, development and administration of human resources for preventive maintenance.09.
Guarantee compliance with the corporate safety, quality and environmental requirements, specific to the company and established in the ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14.001 standards applicable to the area.10.
Actively participate in the programs established by the company and report any matter associated with Incidents, non-compliant product, machine failure, potential risks, environmental events, quasi-incident.11.
Manage KPIs established for the area (Measurement, analysis, action plan and execution coordination).Who are we looking for?We are looking for a worker with the following skills:• Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer.• 5 to 10 years of experience in related positions• Experience leading the maintenance management in production plants preferably transnational companies with knowledge in Lean processes.• Technical knowledge of electricity, electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics.• Knowledge in pillars of the TPM (Corrective, preventive, predictive and Improvement Maintenance).• Knowledge in warehouse management and spare parts inventories.• Knowledge in legal aspects inherent to your position.• Knowledge of regulatory requirements: ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.

Coordinar las actividades con proveedores externos y consultores.08.
Participar en la selección, capacitación, desarrollo y administración del recurso humano para el mantenimiento preventivo.09.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente corporativos, propios de la empresa y establecidos en las normas ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14.001 aplicables al área.10.
Participar activamente en los programas establecidos por la compañía e informar de cualquier asunto asociado a Incidentes, producto no conforme, falla de máquinas, riesgos potenciales, eventos ambientales, casi-incidente.11.
Gestionar KPI´s establecidos para el área (Medición, análisis, plan de acción y coordinación de ejecución).¿A quién buscamos?Buscamos un trabajador con las siguientes habilidades:Ingeniero Mecánico o Ingeniero Eléctrico.5 a 10 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados Experiencia liderando la gestión de mantenimiento en plantas productivas preferiblemente empresas transnacionales con conocimiento en procesos Lean.Conocimientos técnicos de electricidad, electrónica, mecánica, hidráulica, neumática.Conocimientos en pilares del TPM (Mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo, predictivo y de Mejora).Conocimientos en administración de Bodega e Inventarios de repuestos.Conocimientos en aspectos legales inherentes a su cargo.Conocimiento de los requisitos normativos: ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
