About The Role As an Oral Care Consultant in Santiago de Chile, you will influence, build and demand generation with dental professionals to make Colgate oral care products and Colgate professional products an integral part of their practice. This position collaborates with accounts in an assigned geographic territory, including general dental and specialty practices, government accounts, private accounts, dental clinics, pharmacies, and dental distributors/depots. What You Will Do Develop and support the partnership between Colgate and groups of accounts. Influence and develop relationships with the target audience to achieve business results in recommendations and sales. Apply the Triple Win or PES methodology (sales skills) to optimally communicate products, technologies, and science to influence dentists and their staff to generate demand for professional products sought at specific points of sale. Build demand generation model & products benefits for Dental Professionals and Clerks. Classify, categorize and optimize the number of consulting offices in the specified territory. Use tools and analyze data to optimize coverage and frequency of detailed visits. Required Qualifications Graduation in Dentistry, Chemical Pharmaceutical Biology or related field. Basic experience as an intern or in similar positions (12 months). Effective interpersonal skills. Experience in oral health or as a pharmaceutical agent. Own car and own cell phone.
