As the Global Principal Process Engineer, your expertise in leaching will be vital in delivering sustainable and predictable business and technical outcomes globally.
You will be part of the Global Technical Excellence team, responsible for partnering and facilitating strategic improvements with OEMs and ESPs for processing plant systems, processes, and equipment.
Collaboration with regional and global stakeholders will ensure project designs meet quality, reliability, and performance standards.
Your responsibilities include:
Leadership and Coaching: Support regional teams in implementing process engineering best practices to ensure high-quality project delivery worldwide.Process Optimization: Define, implement, and improve process engineering practices and methodologies aligned with industry standards.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with regions, projects, suppliers, and OEMs to align engineering outcomes with business objectives.Strategic Direction: Collaborate with the Process Engineering Community of Practice to develop and drive strategic initiatives, incorporating industry trends.Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.About YouTo excel in this role, you will need: Engineering degree or related qualification.At least 10 years of industry or mining service experience.Six-Sigma certification or similar is a plus.Fluent in Spanish and English.We Support a Diverse Workforce We adhere to Law 21,015 on Inclusion and are committed to diversity.
