What you will be doing at Evalueserve
Conducting preliminary secondary research to collect information on suppliers across a wide range of industries, longlisting potential vendors for a variety of markets.
Conducting supplier/personal interviews and surveys over the phone, email, and other primary sources of communication.
Running data collection through primary research to derive insights related to markets, companies, and industries.
Engaging in operational communications with clients to understand the research requirements, propose approaches, and manage their expectations, as required.
Evaluating data quality and accuracy and developing deep expertise in specialized research tools, databases, and sources.
Analyzing and preparing presentations from research data using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Profiling companies and industries across a large variety of geographies and sectors.
What we're looking for
Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written).
Bachelor's or technical degree in a related area.
Proficiency in procurement analysis, with a preference for candidates with sales experience.
Strong analytical skills to deal with complex research assignments.
Exceptional problem-solving ability, logical reasoning, creative thinking.
Evaluating data quality and accuracy, and developing a deep expertise in specialized research tools, databases, and sources.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Client-focused approach supported by professional interpersonal skills.
Ability to work across a variety of industries and functions.
Knowledge in basic materials sector, such as chemicals, agriculture, metals, is a plus but not mandatory.
Prior experience in market research is a plus but not mandatory.
