Your RoleYour primary objective is to be successful in gaining and retaining customers by offering industry-leading solutions.
You will be working with internal and external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:
To take the lead in major customer tender proposals, driving compelling logistics concepts.To manage others in the development of successful customer solutions.To drive innovation, introducing and implementing new concepts and technology while building on existing best practices.To present solutions to the customer as a key part of the tendering process.To be the business partner for your management team when addressing solution queries from customers, as well as challenging the status quo and customers in a constructive way where needed.Your ResponsibilitiesLeading customer tender response projects to define best-in-class solution options for the customer, including advanced knowledge of technology and equipment into the proposal.Independently create a solutions design with the required cost models and create a detailed data analysis from provided customer data.Drive the value proposition of the solution offering and lead team members during the tender process.Lead customer response from a customer solutions perspective and be a main contact for the customer, leading implementations and optimization projects.Mentor engineers and analysts to achieve their promotion goals.Actively use knowledge of changes and trends within the market that will impact logistics services and review the work of others (4 eye check).Train team members on engineering and market know-how.Your Skills and ExperiencesBachelor's Degree.Advanced English skills.Minimum of 5 years in contract logistics.Proven project management experience and ability to handle complex projects effectively.
