The Senior Event Specialist drives events marketing strategy by large-scale events and essential event initiatives in the country, creating points of difference and driving brand image.
Reporting to the National Sports Marketing Manager, you will be a project leader, working with all key stakeholders to maximize the impact of major national sports event initiatives.
You will work closely and collaborate with local field teams to utilize all sports properties and execute event plans/strategy across the country.
This includes informing goal setting, identifying key scenes and relationships, and guiding relevant initiatives following national events that occur within the country.
Responsibilities include all elements of event execution, from creative development to concept, execution, and evaluation.

Lead Execution Sports Events Organise Red Bull events/projects of all scales with a strong focus on participants, spectators, and media.
Assure top quality and efficiency.
Brief and supervise suitable partners (freelancer/event agency/Field Marketing Manager or Student Brand Manager) to follow Red Bull principles and needs and objectives from communications, legal, finance, and sales.
Budget and brand appearance responsibility for all national event activities according to international benchmarks and guidelines.
Assure external partner contributions for defined projects, ensuring a high level of efficiency.
Create and develop merchandising lines for Red Bull events under brand guidelines, looking for new business opportunities.
Communication Communicate information via the Red Bull SportsNet for all event-related topics (keep updated event calendars, fact sheets, news postings, etc.).
Constant communication with Red Bull HQ Events department counterpart for strategy alignment, brand guidelines, and finding new opportunities and innovative ideas.
Events Marketing Tools Management Keep national event marketing tools inventory updated with reliable stock and organization.
Proper coordination with the Field Marketing Manager to leverage materials to field teams and maintain a healthy inventory.
Improve storage and logistics.
Organise an efficient event vehicle programme.
Select a suitable car model and supervise a suitable event vehicle driver.
Design and supervise the programme in regards to all legal and financial boundaries.
Tus áreas de conocimiento y experiencia que más importan para este rol: University degree, ideally in Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of relevant experience in event, project, team coordination, people management, and budget management.
Competencies and experience in events, planning, and project management.
Knowledge of several sports and their respective scenes on a national level.
Experience managing high budgets.
Must be fluent in English speaking and writing.
