This role is crucial for ensuring the stability and reliability of our production systems, maintaining high standards of performance, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
By adding experienced professionals to our team, we aim to enhance our support capabilities and ensure the seamless operation of our electronic payments infrastructure.Role: Production SupportLocation: ChileExperience: 8 -14 Years + of relevant experience working in the skillset in LATAM regionDomain:   Switch / Payment Responsibilities & Key Deliverables: Minimum 8-14 years Operations Experience in 24x7 high-availability Production environment.
Support trouble-shooting client issues with high level data analysis and project review.
Extensive problem solving and debugging skills.
Ability to independently apply production upgrades and support the products and technologies.
Experience in providing services to agreed SLA's and OLA's.
Experienced in Problem and Incident Management.
Experience with working in an ITIL environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with supporting multiproduct environment.
Experience in supporting and administering ATM Switch / Card Management / WEB Bases banking System.
Experience with supporting Java applications and an understanding of web technology.
Knowledge of Linux environment will be an Added advantage.
