Main Responsibilities
The Systems Administrator is the second level technical support at the assigned organization or client in a fully English spoken environment.
Responsible for systems health monitoring, troubleshooting and fixing reported incidents by endusers, Network Engineers or Desktop Support Technicians in the following competence areas
Servers computer operating systems
Windows and Linux arquitectures
Servers cybersecurity incidentsissues
Servers computer hardware
Servers basic LAN infrastructure
Servers basic structured cabling
Responsible for solutions implementation that allow the company to comply with the clients established SLA metrics, standards and contracts.
Responsible for performing first assessments and providing recommendations on solutions, optimizations, modifications for improvement of desktopportable performance, applications and basic telecommunication functionalities that will ensure smooth daytoday operations for endusers.
Responsible for the communication with the appropriate escalation support levels as well as the Desktop Support Technician or Network Engineer depending on the case.
Responsible for creating and maintaining required documentation as part of daytoday duties to ensure accurate records are kept.
