Position of User Acquisition Specialist in Digital Marketing requires:

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Display) and/or Facebook Ads
- Understanding Latin America e-commerce market
- Using both Portuguese/Spanish and English language

AliRadar is an online service that helps users find the best products and make the best purchases on the Internet. We are developing a mobile application (iOS and Android), browser extension, and website so that users can:

- check product price history
-find out the reliability of the seller
-find real discounts, lowest prices, and more.

Over 3 years of development, we are close to the top "e-commerce assistants in b2c". At present, the online service is used by more than 1 million users around the world, and their number is constantly growing.

Why Latin America?

Our analytics shows a 30% increase in AliRadar users in Latin America during the 2020 year. Countries of interest are Chile, Brazil, Mexico and Peru. That is why we decided to look for a specialist with the specific knowledge of users' behavioral patterns in the region.


- Worldwide user acquisition (Portuguese and Spanish speaking regions).
Driving the company's growth by acquiring new users through ROI based user acquisition strategies;
- Supervising and managing targeted advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Display) and Facebook Ads;
- Testing new audience targeting to grow product’s users number;
- Sourcing and evaluating new user acquisition channels to diversify sources of traffic;
- Analyzing results to identify optimization opportunities to increase return on ad spend (ROI), CPA, CPI.


- Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist/user acquisition specialist managing, growing and optimizing Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads campaigns;
- Native Portuguese or Spanish speaker. You will create and test new ads on specific geographical audiences.
- Good enough English to communicate with the team (Intermediate level at least);
- Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics;
- Excellent Excel skills.

Pluses but not musts:

- Experience with mobile traffic, trackers and analytics (i.e. Appsflyer, Adjust);
- Experience with other types of traffic channels: PPC, CPA ad networks, DSPs;
- Experience with ads automation services and automated rules;
- Analytical skills – you can analyze data, generating meaningful insights and recommendations;
- Fluent English;
- Fluent Portuguese or Spanish as a second language respectively;
- Experience with Social Media Marketing.
