Position Description
• Responsible for Visuals & Accessories Sales Quotas / KPIs.
• Develops and executes proactive sales plans to deliver commercial goals.
• Identify customer business problems/opportunities for Visuals and
Accessories , base on its own Product expertise.
• Proactively seek new and develop existing BPs to support growth.
• Work together with Marketing + Segment + Sales teams, for the development
of actions that seek WST/Smart Office growth of the territory.
• Lead commercial conversations with the sales teams in the countries
• Develop a network of BP channels that specialize in the sale of Visuals and
Accesories .
• Collaborate with ISVs and business partners to drive incremental business
with customer.
• Manages customer relationship with Key decision makers, ensuring
opportunities are identified and closed.
• Regularly engaged at customer facilities and delivers high impact
presentations leveraging strong technical skills.
• Communicates technology roadmaps /vision and associated technical advantages
of the proposed solution.
• Recommends product and service configurations to assist with overall system
design and integration.
• Work with core account team to create integrated, effective account plans,
RFI & RFQ for targeted customers.
• Maintain pipeline sufficient target and ensure SFDC is updated .Generate
Gross pipeline(2 quarters rolling)
Position Requirements
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience selling IT solutions (Visuals and
Accesories, preferred) to Large Enterprise accounts and SMB business (through
business partners) in a commissions-based sales environment.
