This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company".The Impact You'll Make in this RoleThis position is in charge of the demand generation for the sterilization products by implementing marketing campaigns. This role is key for the portfolio management in the division of Medical Solutions Division. Here you will be able to deploy the activities needed at the Central Sterile Services Department of the targeted hospitals in order to position our solutions.As a Marketing Activation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:- Make the whole team achieve the sales target by activating effective marketing campaigns- Drive growth on strategic portfolios- Motivate the sales team to implement the strategies for the segment- Contribute to increase the level of practice within our reach- Manage sponsorships at relevant eventsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, administration, nursing or higher (completed and verified prior to start)- Three (3) years of marketing or sales experience within the medical device industry in a private, public, government or military environment- Able to speak English (intermediate levelWork location:- Hybrid Eligible - Based in Santiago de Chile and willing to travel around the country.
