Green Oaks of Valparaiso is seeking a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to join our team!
Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional and individualized care asdetermined by each resident's care plan Provide assistance with Activities of DailyLiving (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity Report changes in resident health status to the clinicalteam Connect with residents and family members in acompassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience Engage in continuous learning and developmentopportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars,staff meetings, and other learning experiences Comply with all rules and regulations regardingconfidentiality and privacy of team members and resident information Perform any other duties as assigned Qualifications: High School graduate or GED equivalent required Current certification from an accreditedCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love,  compassion , and dignity Benefits & Beyond: Growth opportunities!
