**Core Responsibilities**:Project Management- Build solid working relationships with customers and internal partners- Lead collaboration with the project core team to develop and execute the implementation project plan, establishing clear expectations and providing transparency of timelines using project management principles and practices- Ensure deal deliverables are met and hold task owners accountable by managing implementation issues, escalations and error resolution- Manage and coordinate client and internal partner communication and status updates, including senior stakeholders- Demonstrate creative problem solving and solid judgment/decision making- Exhibit adherence to policy and procedures and meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements- Ownership, escalation and resolution of risk issues when they occur in a timely manner- Demonstrate strong controls and risk management as we manage the change to the client- Attend meetings and training as required to continue development and to enhance knowledge of cash management products, processes and technologies.Client facing, primary point-of-contact responsible for the end-to-end client experience and satisfaction- Coordinate and drive recurring status calls with the client- Act as the single point of contact for the client during implementation and coordinates with appropriate business partners and team members to ensure delivery of products and services within agreed upon timeframes- Manage clear expectations and understanding, internally and externally with the client by establishing clear timelines and managing documentation requirements- Exhibit ownership of on-boarding experience and client satisfaction- Partner with clients asking the necessary questions to understand their level of knowledge and their processing model ensuring it fits the proposed solution- Be an advocate for clientsDay to day responsibilities- Host team calls, internally and externally to drive implementation deliverables and issue management- Update project tracking tool ensuring updates are clear, concise, and audience specific- Keep project plan and Risk/Issues log updated- Provide project updates in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring stakeholders and business leaders receive an accurate and concise status of each project- Deliver client requirements in a clear and meaningful manner to the intended audience- Has defined levels of authority and decision making that affect the outcome and delivery of actual implementation deadlines and milestones.- To closely monitor cycle times for all product setups seeking to shorten each process.**Qualifications**:**Education/ Experience- Graduate of any Business Degree- Operations/Implementations experience preferred- Knowledge on documentations review (standard and non-standard)- Cash Management and Treasury Services experience/knowledge preferred- Client contact experience preferred**Functional Skills/ Knowledge- Cash management/Treasury product knowledge preferred- Keen attention to detail- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English and Spanish- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Strong organizational and decision-making skills- Aptitude to learn documentation and risk requirements- Exhibit ability to work effectively in a team environment- Excellent interpersonal skills- 5 years of relevant experience; preferred client facing- Time management and organizational skills- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, and ability to adapt to a changing environment- Some travel may be required to visit clients**Technical/ Application Skills- Proficient in MS Office Tools: Outlook, Excel and Word- Project Management experience, including the use of project plans and issue logsJ.P.
