Afrox, a Linde company**Customer Support Advisor**King Sobhuza II (Matsapha) Eswatini | req15941**What you will enjoy doing**- As a Customer Support Advisor, you are responsible for the management and planning of daily tasks according to outstanding values- Following up on outstanding accounts in order of priority is an important part of your working routine- Professionally, you ensure that the Telequery for every account is created resulting from under and over payment- Identifying default customers and referring possible uncollectable accounts to the CAM is autonomously managed by you- Monitoring customer credit limits and refer to Credit limit CSA to prepare new risk profile will be your responsibility**What makes you great**- A minimum Grade 12 certificate with approximately five years debt and risk management experience in FMCG environment should be achieved by you- A formal qualification in Debt management will be an advantage- Knowledge of and experience with SAP, MS Excel, Word, Exsol, Avaya and Outlook Programmes are required- A team player possessing excellent communication, negotiation skills as well as a strong command of written and spoken English- Information sharing and good negotiating skills should be your one of your expertise**Why you will love working with us**Afrox is a market leader in gases and welding products and part of Linde.
