The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is a critical front-line memberof the Endo Access and Reimbursement team who represents Endo'sinterest with Xiaflex, Testopel, Aveed and Supprelin LA with HCPaccounts, as well as all internal Endo stakeholders and field salespersonnel. The FRM will be an expert and provides education, trainingand hands-on assistance related to access of the aboveproducts. The main driver of Endo Pharmaceuticals and PatientAccess is patients and assisting provider offices to help theirpatients get access to care to get them back to living their bestlives. The FRM role is a field-based position whose job is to minimizeaccess and reimbursement barriers for patients andproviders. Within their geography, the FRM provides access andreimbursement education to physician office personnel, billingstaff/companies, HCPs, as well as anyone involved in the process ofutilizing the product with the intention of minimize barriers andincreasing access to care. FRM education hones in on Endo Specialtytherapies, how to buy and bill our products, acquire through specialtypharmacies and educate on office processes. FRMs also support provideroffices on a reactive basis by providing education and guidance inresponse to PA denials and claim denials and/or underpayments. The FRMwill leverage all data analytic tools to minimize delay in receivingtreatment by working with internal and externalcustomers. Geography includes Florida and SE GA KeyAccountabilities
_-_ Provider Account Support
- Subjectmatter expert for all reimbursement/access and acquisition logísticalaspects of a high touch biologic medication for an orphan disease andtestosterone products with multiple acquisition options within achanging payer landscape. This includes: payer policies, priorauthorization requirements, denial and appeal process, peer to peer,and other education required to navigate access for the appropriatepatients.
- Assists HCP offices with questions related to Buy/BillBI management. Educate/Assist with Specialty Pharmacy (SP)understanding, expectations and logistics. Continually educate officestaff on appropriate steps, educate on the importance of chartdocumentation, keep offices up to date on payer policies for Endoproducts and triage issues to the appropriate HUB and SP.
- Primaryresponsibilities include: - Managing patient assistance andreimbursement support services offered to providers and related topatient access to buy/bill products.
- Coordinating with Endo'spatient support services program representatives.
- Educatingoffice staff on the use of Buy/Bill products, patient assistance andreimbursement support services.
- Participating in sales trainingrelated to product reimbursement.
- Utilizing data to criticallythink through acquisition challenges from a variety of outletsincluding SP, Specialty Distributors and Title sales.
- Assist newoffices from a reimbursement perspective to inform them aboutreimbursement issues as well as providing education on various MARCapproved resources pertaining to reimbursement, acquisition andcoding.
- Act in a compliant manner at alltimes. 60% Specialty Pharmacy (SP) Support
- FRMswork closely with the external and internal customers to trouble shootany SP related issues. FRMs work closely with their NAE partner tomanage any customer related issues directly with the SP's.
- SPexperience is critical. Each FRM should be an expert SP logistics andoperations.
- FRMs must be able to analyze data and know how tomake that data into actionable steps to facilitate patient access toENDO products.
- Work closely with SP's to understand logísticalissues that arise and provide MARC approved resources and programs tofacilitate patient access as well as communicate with SP's to findresolutions to issues that arise at the SP.
- Identify gaps inknowledge of accounts from a SP process and help provide education forthe account and physician.
- Develop short and long term accountplans for key accounts with the goal of smoothing out the process ofacquiring drug to optimize acquisition and patientjourney 10% Internal Partnerships
- Consistent,reliable, timely and high-quality support of the field, as well as allother internal commercial functions.
- Strong leadership role tothe field teams by establishing a solutions oriented approach, workingwith your Sales Representatives/ASMs to build and execute local plansto overcome barriers to Buy/Bill products access. Specific examplesinclude: - Identify in conjunction with the field, specifictargeted accounts where the FRM will assist with product acquisitionor SP dispense.
- Partner with the ASMs to build local businessplans; participate in district business reviews as the expert resourceon the reimbursement landscape from regional, district, state andlocal perspective.
