From 26 offices in 15 countries, with projects in over 80 locations worldwide, we create sustainable outcomes for our people, clients and communities.Our team in Chile is growing, we are currently recruiting for a** Senior** Financial Planning Analyst** to join our Consulting Business line in the in **Santiago** **office.**This position proactively provides business leaders with the necessary financial advice, insightful analysis, management reporting and planning/forecast information to support business decision making across the Consulting Division to improve business performance.**About the role**:- Monitor key performance trends such as RE%, LGM%, COE/Sell Rates, DSO, overhead expenses.- Be a key-user for Anaplan and assist the FP&A Manager with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process- Develop working relationships across all functional teams to assist in various tasks, ie. operation, project related inquires, commercial/legal, business services, etc- Support the FP&A Manager by preparing accurate responses to ad-hoc information requests in a timely manner.- Assist the timely completion and analysis of the month-end results.- Assist with month-end related tasks: provisions/accruals, statistical entries, WCC, project review, etc- Weekly management reporting AR/WIP/DSO/ Reimbursability / others- Design and develop new and reports analysis as required.**About you**- Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in finance / accounting or related.- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience.- Experience in Oracle and Anaplan is an asset.- Demonstrated experience in financial management, including advanced knowledge of business planning, development of costings, formulating and monitoring budgets, and financial reporting, models and systems.- Intermediate financial modeling and excel super user.- Intermediate/Advanced oral and written communication in english is a must, portuguese is an asset.- Effective lateral thinking skills to assist with development of improved business solutions.- Prior experience in the engineering, construction, consulting, or other project related sector is highly valuable.**Why Ausenco?**We support individual growth and aim to allow you to work in a way that plays to your strengths and cover your needs.
