Leading German certification company is looking for a Global Quality Manager. Responsible for the global quality area. The position is on a telecommuting basis, so your residence can be anywhere in the world.Activities & Responsibilities- Responsibility for definition, implementation and controlling of Quality Management (QM) strategy for the assigned Business stream in alignment and corresponding to corporate / global QM strategy and standards.- Responsible for definition, implementation and controlling of Business Stream specific QM tools, QM processes, QM standards and QM topics.- Disciplinary (or coordinative) and technical responsibility for assigned employees of QM in the Region Germany.- Implementation and controlling of global standards, processes and strategies.- Coordinate complaint management according to complaint process and plan and support internal audits and support external audits.- Follow up of Business Stream related QM specific measures coming from for example complaint management, audits, improvement projects, process and performant management, Q Culture activities or other corporate activities.- Plan, support and provide management review.- Train and support QM team and implement and control QM KPIs and data according to global QM standards.- Create and provide QM report and work actively together with the QE and global QM team and GO QM.Experience & further qualifications- We offer workplace flexibility and telework solutions.- Technical university degree or comparable.- Job experience as Quality Manager for more than 5 years.- Good leadership skills & professional QM experience & Internal auditor skills.- Fluency in English, verbal and written (business English).- Professional knowledge of quality tools, methods and processes.- Very good change management, analytical and communicative skills.- Structured way of working, flexibility & willing to travel.
