We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team - one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.Title and SummaryGlobal Talent Acquisition M&A Program ManagerOverview:The Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) M&A Program Manager will lead all efforts to integrate, onboard and assimilate Talent Acquisition talent into Mastercard, delivering an engaging and inspiring employee experience. This new role will report directly to our GTA VP, Strategy & Operations and be a key partner to our GTA Leadership Team and broader M&A Project teams, ensuring we have the right programs, systems, policies, and processes in place to integrate new resources and scale in new markets.Role:- Manage the onboarding, integration, and assimilation of all recruitment talent via acquisitions, continuously improving the team member experience and optimizing time to productivity- Develop best practices, toolkits, change management, communication guides, and process improvements to increase team effectiveness- Create and manage acquisition project plans. Partner with multiple stakeholders to deliver against targets- Partner with GTA Leaders to design resource scale plan to meet business growth targets. Coach and guide leaders on resource alignment, operational needs, and capacity planning- Manage project tracking for all GTA related actions/deliverables; provide executive updates to LT and key partners- Design, develop and maintain a GTA M&A playbookAll About You:- Hands on experience in M&A program/project management, including project planning methodologies and tools- Experience in talent acquisition operational effectiveness and process design- Some experience with change management and resource planning a plus- Strong business acumen, skilled in working across cultures and teams- Strengths in collaboration and influencing; effectively manage expectations and challenges with key partners- Skilled in implementing sustainable improvements and operational efficiency- Experience leading and managing complex projects in a systematic, outcome-oriented wayCorporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:- Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices;- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;- Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.Pay Ranges
