Head Of Talent Acquisition

To develop, lead, and optimize national andinternational talent attraction and selection strategies, ensuring the hiringof the best candidates who contribute to the strategic objectives andsustainable growth of SQM Nitrates and Iodine.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Design and implement innovativestrategies to attract talent at both national and international levels,including hunting methodology for key positions.
2.Oversee and enhance selectionprocesses to ensure the identification, assessment, and selection of candidateswith the required profile and competencies.
3.Direct and develop the talentattraction and selection team, fostering a collaborative and high-performancework environment.
4.Conduct market studies toidentify trends in talent attraction and best global practices.
5.Establish and maintainstrategic relationships with universities, business schools, and otherinstitutions to enhance the recruitment of emerging talent.
6.Define and monitor keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent attractionand selection strategies.
7.Manage the budget for thetalent attraction and selection area, ensuring efficient resource use.
Requirements:
- Academic Background: Universitydegree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or relatedfield.
- Experience: At least 10 years ofexperience in leadership roles within the Human Resources area, with a strongfocus on talent attraction and selection. Demonstrable experience inimplementing hunting strategies.
- Languages: Upper Intermediate proficiencyin English (B2 or higher), with the ability to conduct international selectionprocesses.
- Skills: Leadership, team management,analytical skills, proactivity, excellent communication and negotiation skills,results-oriented, and ability to work under pressure.
Location: Santiago, with availability for travel abroad
Team: 6 members (2 Recruiters and 4 Selection Analysts).
