Job Purpose:Key Responsibilities:1. Design and implement innovative strategies to attract talent at both national and international levels, including hunting methodology for key positions.3. Direct and develop the talent attraction and selection team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.4. Conduct market studies to identify trends in talent attraction and best global practices.5. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with universities, business schools, and other institutions to enhance the recruitment of emerging talent.6. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent attraction and selection strategies.7. Manage the budget for the talent attraction and selection area, ensuring efficient resource use.**Requirements**:- Academic Background: University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in leadership roles within the Human Resources area, with a strong focus on talent attraction and selection.
