**Role and Responsibilities**First level employee relations matters/investigation- Assist with disciplinary measures to include Performance Plans and Terminations- Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations- Advise where appropriate and, in conjunction with HR Business Partner, arrange learning & development courses for staff as required- Assist with HR project work to support the HR Business Partner in achieving both Company and departmental objectives.- Responsible for Employee Event coordination and wellness activities- Responsible for all administrative functions for /Chile/Peru- Assist with all other HR matters as required by the HR Business Partner- Provide recruitment support for recruitment team- Responsible for Implementation and execution of New Hire Orientation and Onboarding- Liaise with payroll to ensure pay related information is processed and payroll audits are completed- Maintain electronic (HR systems) and manual employee files as to provide accurate and up to date records from which to produce reports and auditing information.- Ensure CAE policies and procedures are kept up to date and in line with employment legislation.**Position Type**RegularCAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
