At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities**:- Align with the Engagement local and LATAM the priorities and needs of the learning agenda for SoCo- Stakeholder management with field business leaders in SoCo member countries to align priorities, needs and coordinate training agenda- Responsible for coordinating and managing compliance with legal requirements per training country (audits).- Coordinate the team of instructors for the fulfillment of the training agenda.- Provide input to the central team on the adequacy of training materials according to the business context of the business unit (automation, change of model, etc.).- Responsible for Schoox implementation and follow-up schedule for digitization of training content.- Point of contact in the business unit for field needs.- Coordinate and management of the Rangers programs- Coordination and execution for all functional content for field Sales and supply managers and middle managers in FieldQualifications:- Bachelor Degree psychologist, administration, education- +5 years of experience in learning agenda- Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills).- High Knowledge of PepsiCo's learning execution processes in both field and corporate- Balances competing priorities without losing momentum behind execution.- High Analisis capacity and problem solving.- Experience in Budget and Project management
