YOUR ROLE Ensures compliance and governance by using the correct application of internal and external guidelines in terms of financial reporting, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets and analysis reports; Tracks KPIs, provides in-depth analysis and gives suggestion for the areas to be improved; Drives and supports the business by assisting regional business controller leader to take best informed decisions; Communicates and presents pro-actively Controlling topics to Regional Business Controller; Provides independent and objective information to ensure a systematic control and strict monitoring of planned objectives; Spreads financial Controlling knowledge and consciousness across the company; Drives continuous improvement in Controlling relevant concepts, processes and tools. YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting or related careers; Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; Availability to work in a hybrid model in Quilicura and occasionally in Pudahuel; Excellent experience with Controlling or Accounting; Experience in report analysis, financial analysis, forecast, trends, opportunity areas and big data management; Knowledge of analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, Power BI or VBA; Work with quality in diverse teams and have excellent communication; Have a high level of initiative and proactivity.
