Job Description:In Santiago, Chile we are looking for a Product Analyst, Specialties.Your Mission.You´ll be responsible of implementing the Marketing Plan for one or more products for the BU. With active participation during Brand Plan preparation, identifying local need to be addressed and new activities/programs to implement. You´ll also cooperate with the PM in the strategy implementation across cluster countries and cross functional teams meetings (access, medical, finance, Supply, etc)Your main responsibilities.- Carry out the Marketing Plan implementation for specialties products. Including monitoring, obtaining stakeholder feedback and proposing improvements if necessary- Maintain direct contact with external customers such as: Physicians, Key Opinion Leaders, Pharmacists, Pharmacies and others related to the health area- Carry out the Marketing Plan preparation for specialties products in close cooperation with the Product Manager- Understand market dynamics and perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate threats- Determine, monitor and modify if necessary the sales budget and supply forecast- Support planning and execution of new product launches - Be responsible for meeting the predefined monthly sales budget for each of your products- Management and follow up of A&P expenses- Create marketing materials to communicate product features and benefits. Identify key messages for different key customers- Meet reporting, data collection, analysis and presentation preparation requirements in a timely mannerRequirements.- Businees, Marketing or Sciences Degree- Advanced in English- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing or Sales Positions- Pharmaceutical industry ExperienceCompetencies.- Action oriented- Customer focus- Creativity- Negotiation- Strategic Agility- Planning- Timely decision-makingLocation:Ferring Chile
