You will be responsible for projects from initial design to finalization and pilot and be the customer liaison on assigned projects and accounts.You will also evaluate final Pilot and Pre-Production samples for assigned projects and recommend changes or acceptance to your Team Leader.**What you need**:- College degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience.- Above-average CAD drafting skills, including 3-D.- Above-average thermoforming knowledge.- Working knowledge of tool building methods.- Working knowledge of thermoforming process and equipment.- Good knowledge of plastics and materials used for projects.- Good written communication and organizational skills.- Competency with Microsoft Office Applications.- Ability to learn new technology.- Ability to work as part of a team.**What you'll receive**:As a full-time Prent employee you'll be **competitively compensated**, based on experience.**You'll discover our tailored benefits package.**Our **Profit Sharing Plan** is second to none in the area or industry.
