We are Southbridge Access, and we provide turnkey solutions for business school programs for international travel immersions in Europe, Asia, Oceania, the Middle East, and Latin America. That is why we are looking for a Program Coordinator f who understands about tourism tendencies, academic travel, and is looking to grow rapidly in our company.Program Coordinators are responsible for supporting the Program Managers during the trip planning and execution process for all Southbridge Access program visits to Latin America, Europe, Asia, and North America. The principal objective of the position is to ensure that trip planning is conducted in a timely and organized manner, and that information is presented to clients in a way that reflects Southbridge Access' mission to provide unparalleled, highly professional international business immersion experiences for the world's leading business schools.Key Responsibilities:- Initial outreach to companies once the target itineraries are determined. Subsequent follow up will be the responsibility of the Program Manager.- Outreach to back up companies in the event that target companies decline or are unreachable.- Development and management of relevant digital forms and documentation pertaining to programs;- Creation, revision and updating of itineraries as needed;- Coordination on a regular basis with Operations to ensure all logístical aspects are covered (lodging, flights, meals, cultural/optional activities, seminars, payments, budget, extra to be invoiced, etc., as need);- Support with client communication as needed;- Support Business Development and Operations departments on an ad hoc basis.**Requirements**:1.
