Main Activities: Strategically lead and coordinate processes to meet business unit objectives in the automotive sector. Ensure financial control and optimal allocation of human and technical resources for client success. Maintain and expand account growth, ensuring optimal levels of satisfaction and loyalty with GP Strategies. Design and develop innovative commercial proposals that drive account growth in the automotive sector. Schedule and ensure high quality technical training for our clients, guaranteeing its update and excellence in the sector. Apply advanced learning and training techniques to maximize team development and process efficiency. Demonstrate experience in the automotive industry, understanding its dynamics and challenges. Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with diverse areas to achieve common goals. Previous experience leading teams and projects, demonstrating strong management and motivational skills. In-depth knowledge of learning and training techniques, adapted to the needs of the automotive sector.
