Job Description
The Public Access Sr. Manager, is responsible for supporting the development, accelerate and maximize of public or private market access for our current or new products assets.

This is an exciting, and business critical role in a key growth driver area for our Company and contributes to our company's mission to bring lifesaving medicines and vaccines to patients worldwide.
This role will also require the analysis of payer landscape, competition, and other external dynamics to create and define appropriate use of market access resources.
1. Manage the access plan (allying with priority business plan) including value proposition and other value communication resources, as well as, ensuring access considerations are integrated into value & implementation plans for our new product assets in key account.
2. Partner closely with the cross functional team including marketing, data, policy and medical affairs to ensure patient access objectives are linked to the development of real-world evidence, economic models, coverage and need customers.
3. Develop pathways to enhance access in private and public markets with focus in oncology and vaccines markets, working and develop access solutions. This position will also connect efforts across the broader Cross functional team to share insights and leverage learnings to drive oncology and vaccines patient access.
4. Work with key markets to develop Account Plan, IO flow and access journey for access in each segment.
5. Synthesize and communicate payer customer insights to inform current and future access strategy, including opportunities and risks to access and reimbursement. This includes conducting payer market research and analysis of payer landscape and competition.
6. Ensure robust tracking of market factors to navigate complexity and inform evidence generation requirements to address differences among payers, payer stakeholders, patients, and providers.
7. Support the planning and execution of Market Access meetings and regional workshops to understand access evidence needs and identify the appropriate resources to address those gaps.
8. The role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for access management.
Responsible for leading, directing and supervising the KAM Access team, guaranteeing the correct execution of account plans and strategic relationships with the company's key accounts.
Required Experience: 5+ years in one or more of these areas: market access, pricing/reimbursement, health policy and/or health economics, sales, and marketing (or equivalent roles), market research. Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Expertise successfully guiding cross functional matrix teams. Demonstrated ability to understand, develop and communicate scientific based strategies and messages. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Strong project management and operational skills Preferred Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business, administration, Marketing, Health Science or relevant fields. MBA or advanced degree preferred +3 years of experience working in roles with direct customer relationships. +3 years of experience preferably in the healthcare industry.
